After 30 years in sales and sales leadership, I realized that what I enjoy the most about my profession is unlocking the potential in people and organizations.  I started this business to help others and share my experiences with leaders of organizations who truly desire to improve their sales cultures. 

 

Most "sales consultants" I come across have spent very little time, if any, in significant sales leadership roles. Unless you have walked in those shoes for a meaningful period of time, it's impossible to appreciate what it takes to transform a sales organization and be accountable for delivering the results.
